Every year I look forward to cooler weather here in Texas... the Summers are HOT, especially August so that first cool Fall breeze is very welcomed. But also, about this time of the year, I crave some warmer days! I am very much a "season's" kind of girl and am inspired by the colors and sounds around me. Like right now, the birds are chipping outside on this beautiful 70 degree day, the sun is shinning and there is a touch of warmth in the air. (Now, if only the ground were a tad drier so the kids could go out back and play, it would be absolutely perfect- but for now, I'll be happy with opening the back door to let in some of that beautiful fresh air!)
With all of that said, I can't help but get in the mood to plant some pretty flowers in those empty dirt filled pots, start pulling out some fresh cheery throw pillows for the couch, and add some new happy spring items to my
shop!
