Its from the Labels Collection framelits and so simple to crop.
All you do is cut your card stock with the big shot as usual. Then turn the framelit 90 degrees.

One set of framelits and 2 different shapes!
The inside of the card is pretty fun, too!
I stamped a bunch of stars in versa mark, gave it a few minutes to dry and then embossed "so happy for you!" in gold.
